Licensed Therapist (Youth Community Services)

***Key Responsibilities***

  • Collaborate with community partners to coordinate comprehensive support systems for youth, ensuring they have access to the resources they need to succeed.
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evidence-based interventions for youth and families, providing individualized, group, and family therapy tailored to their unique needs.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant and mentor to community partner personnel, offering guidance, advice, and expertise to help them better support the young people in their care.
  • Act as a liaison among all community partner staff within your assigned program, ensuring that every member of a family receives the services they require, including those with complex mental health needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with youth, families, and community partners to promote positive outcomes and achieve lasting impact.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support services as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of youth and families.
  • Participate in case reviews, staff meetings, and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with agency policies and procedures.

***Qualifications***

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Professional licensure as PLPC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW in good standing in the state of Missouri (supervision may be provided for a qualified PLPC or LMSW applicant).
  • Strong passion for working with youth and commitment to promoting positive change in their lives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with diverse populations.

$58,000 - $73,000 (based on license & experience)
