Facility Operations
Summary
Perform intermediate level general maintenance work; responsible for varied maintenance and repair of facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Repair or replacement of all types of interior and exterior lighting fixtures.
Miscellaneous repair of walls, floors and ceilings, including items such as replacement of floor tiles, repair of damage drywall or plaster, replacement of lay-in ceiling tile.
Repair or replacement of electrical devices such as light switches and receptacles.
Replacement of broken window glass.
Maintenance of air handling equipment, including changing filters, lubricating and cleaning of coils and adjusting or replacing belts.

Monday through Friday
Must possess a valid driver's license, which will allow legal operation of a motor vehicle in the State of Missouri.
Salary Range: $18.49 - $20.00 per hour
Grade: GGS D
