SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are seeking a talented Senior Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Burrell Behavioral Health. In this role, you will provide critical support to our leadership team, manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, plan meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will have the opportunity to:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling requirements for multiple executives
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars
  • Plan and execute meetings, conferences, and events
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for meetings
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and vendor management
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and maintained
  • Greet visitors and vendors in a professional manner

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
