As a Compliance Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in coordinating and implementing compliance programs and policies, staying ahead of emerging trends and developments in HIPAA, CFR Part 2, and other relevant domains. Working together with Directors of Compliance and Compliance Partners, you'll carry out day-to-day tasks, track compliance metrics, and identify risks before they escalate.

Key Responsibilities:
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferred
* Prior experience in mental health, substance use disorder services, or healthcare compliance, preferred
Additional Qualifications:
* Robust understanding of compliance matters, HIPAA, and CFR Part 2
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex topics clearly
* Organizational agility, juggling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
* Willingness to travel, occasionally spending nights away from home
