In addition to its four campuses-the University of Missouri-Columbia (MU), the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC), Missouri University of Science and Technology (S&T) and the University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL)-the UM System is comprised of a statewide health care system, multiple research parks and incubators, agricultural research stations, and a vast network of small business and technology development centers, extension centers, telehealth network sites and MOREnet sites.

Reporting to the Director of Real Estate, the Real Estate Coordinator provides support to real estate staff representing the University in activities and transactions related to real estate while also independently managing a portfolio of basic real estate activities and transactions.

Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience within real estate, finance, banking, or related industries.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
