Description:

Scottrade, Inc. has a Siebel Engineer position available in St. Louis, MO. The main purpose of this position is to support multiple Siebel 8.x environments, and related services. This position serves as a subject matter expert for infrastructure maintenance, support and enhancements of complex CRM pre-production, production, and disaster recovery environments. Key Performance Indicators include Customer Satisfaction, Problem Resolution Rate, Application Availability, and Project Deliverable Success Rate.

Responsibilites:

  • Provide advanced technical skills in administering, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing Siebel CRM/UCM infrastructure components
  • Provide technical expertise and perform tasks for all related projects
  • Provide 24x7 support of the related environments and services
  • Work closely with business and IT associates, and outside vendors to effectively plan, deploy, document, and maintain the environments’ additions and changes.
  • Maintain relationships with IT and outside Level 3 escalation points.
  • Initiate and participate in timely communications to all stakeholders as necessary during release, incident and problem processes.

Experience:

  • 2+ years experience with Siebel CRM and UCM Application Administration
  • 2+ years experience with Linux and Windows Server Administration
  • 2+ years working with Oracle DBMS and PL/SQL (10g or higher).
  • 2+ years working with SQL commands and knowledge of DB administration.
  • 1 - 3 years experience with WebSphere MQ and Trillium
  • At least 3 years experience in technical writing and documentation techniques, using tools such as MS-Office, Visio and various screen capture utilities

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS/Computer Science is required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
